Mumbai, Aug 14 (PTI) Actor Lakshya is set to collaborate with filmmaker Prosit Roy, known for helming acclaimed series “Raakh”, for an upcoming untitled film that blends romance with psychological drama.
The actor, who has drawn praise for his performances in the action film “Kill” and OTT series “The Ba**ds of Bollywood”, will explore a more layered and unpredictable character in the feature, a press release said.
The film is currently in the development stage and is expected to begin filming in December 2026, with a 2027 release planned.
Details about the storyline, female lead and other cast members are yet to be revealed, the release said.
Lakshya was most recently seen in Vivek Soni’s “Chand Mera Dil”, opposite Ananya Panday. The Dharma Productions-backed romantic drama was released in theatres in May this year. PTI KKP RB RB
