Jaipur, May 6 (PTI) A private real estate firm has lodged a complaint alleging violation of a court’s stay order and illegal soil excavation on its land in Chimanpura village under Bhankrota police station limits here, police said on Wednesday.

Rajdarbar Developments Private Limited, in its complaint submitted last week, alleged that despite a stay order issued by the SDO (South) court in an ongoing case, some persons trespassed onto its land and carried out excavation using heavy machinery.

The firm in the complaint alleged that the incident took place last week, when a local resident, identified as Ramlal Leel, along with others, entered the land and used JCBs and tractors to excavate soil.

“The accused were fully aware of the stay order issued by the court. Their actions amount to trespass and defiance of judicial orders,” the company’s representative Surendra Singh said.

The accused Ramlal Leel remained unavailable for comments on the matter.

According to the firm, the land measuring about 22.42 hectares in village Chimanpura in Bhankrota is under litigation in the SDO (South) court, which has restrained any excavation, construction or change in possession.

Acting SHO Surendra Singh said a complaint was received in the matter.

“A complaint was received. We have assured that no one will be allowed to take illegal possession of the land. Further investigation into the matter is on,” he said.

The company has sought registration of an FIR, action against the accused persons and seizure of machinery allegedly used at the site. PTI AG KSS KSS
