The Ministry of Tourism has launched the ‘Cool Summers of India’ campaign to promote the country as a destination for tourism during the year. The campaign has been launched by India’s government to attract tourism in the Middle East, a PIB press release stated.
The ‘Cool Summers of India’ campaign aims to highlight the lesser-known destinations of the country like hill resorts, including the Himalayas. The campaign is aimed at showcasing India as a 365-day destination. The Ministry of Tourism has also taken part in the Arabian Travel Mart 2024, which is being held in Dubai from May 6 to 9 May 2024.
The participation of the Ministry of Tourism in the Arabian Travel Mart 2024 is expected to strengthen the country’s presence in the Middle East tourism market. The event will provide a platform to showcase the offerings of Indian tour operators, luxury hotels, wellness resorts, and the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation to potential visitors.
