Godda, Sep 16 (PTI) An “illegal” mini-gun factory operating from a house was busted in Jharkhand’s Godda district on Wednesday, police said.

A country-made pistol, equipment used for manufacturing weapons, and several other materials were recovered from the house during a police raid at Ghat Balia village, they said.

“The investigation and search operation are still underway,” Mahagama SDPO Varun Rajak said.

Another police officer said some people have also been detained in connection with the case.
