Fire breaks out at wooden items godown in east Delhi; no injuries reported

New Delhi, Sep 13 (PTI) A fire broke out at a godown storing wooden items in east Delhi’s Dallupura area on Sunday, an officer of the Delhi Fire Service said.

The DFS received a call regarding the blaze at 3.29 pm, following which 16 fire tenders were rushed to the spot. The officer said that no one has received any burn injuries so far.

Firefighting operations are currently underway, he said.

Further details about the cause of the fire are awaited.
