Muzaffarnagar (UP), Apr 18 (PTI) A 22-year-old farmer was killed and two others injured after a tractor overturned on the Meerut-Karnal highway in Uttar Pradesh’s Shamli district, police said on Saturday.
The accident occurred near Agdipur village on Friday when the victims were heading to work in their fields, they said.
The SHO of the local police station, Virendra Kasana, said the deceased has been identified as Ankit, and the body has been sent for a post-mortem.
