Hyderabad, Jul 22 (PTI) The Cyberabad Police on Tuesday advised IT and other companies in their jurisdiction to allow employees to work from home in view of “heavy rainfall” predictions.

“An alert has been issued for heavy rains in the Cyberabad area. Considering safety, productivity, traffic congestion, and to ensure uninterrupted services, companies may consider adopting work-from-home mode on Tuesday,” the advisory said.

According to a weather update posted on the Cyberabad Police’s official ‘X’ handle, “light to moderate rain” or thundershowers accompanied by gusty winds (30 to 40 kmph) are likely to occur in many parts of the city. PTI GDK SSK
