New Delhi, May 15 (PTI) The Congress on Friday appointed presidents for 14 District Congress Committees (DCCs) in Delhi as part of its Sangathan Srijan Abhiyan aimed at strengthening the party’s organisational structure in the national capital.

The appointments, approved by Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge with immediate effect, were announced in a statement issued by AICC general secretary KC Venugopal.

According to the party, the appointments were made after detailed district-level reviews conducted by AICC observers, who interacted with party functionaries and stakeholders before submitting comprehensive reports.
