Gurugram, May 6 (PTI) A wedding celebration in Nuh turned chaotic after a verbal spat over a currency garland between two brothers-in-law spiralled into a violent clash involving stone-pelting, a local said.

No serious injuries were reported in the incident, he said.

A video of the clash has also surfaced on social media.

One of the brothers-in-law had garlanded the groom with currency notes, while the other allegedly threw bundles of notes from a rooftop and burst firecrackers.

An argument occurred between the two, which soon escalated into a physical fight involving kicking, punching, and stone-throwing.

However, police have not confirmed any such incident so far.

According to locals of Naheda village, the incident took place during the wedding of a man, Armaan, before the procession (baraat) was to leave Ali Meo village. PTI COR APL
