Chennai, May 16 (PTI) Popular Tamil comedian and stunt actor Muthukalai on Saturday made an emotional appeal to Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C Joseph Vijay, seeking urgent government intervention to save his critically ill wife.
Malathi, 47, was hospitalised here after suffering a brain haemorrhage that required immediate surgery. She has reportedly been unconscious and on breathing support for the past 17 days due to a severe post-operative infection.
The actor has requested the Chief Minister to provide all necessary advanced medical care and support to aid her recovery.
