Erode (TN), Mar 14 (PTI) Two persons were arrested in the district for allegedly assaulting as many migrant workers from West Bengal, police said.
The two were assaulted by a trio on Monday night while they were proceeding to a shop, police said. They sustained minor injuries.
The victims and the accused persons worked together at a construction site.
The Bangalapudur police arrested two persons and are on the lookout for one more who is since absconding.
