New Delhi: Airtel Business on Thursday launched ‘Airtel Secure Workforce’ to combat the growing menace of cyberattacks in India. The platform offers companies an all-in-one cybersecurity service that protects employees, devices, networks, and data using a modern “trust no one automatically” security model.
Bharti Airtel’s enterprise arm is known as Airtel Business. The platform is India’s first fully managed and unified Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) security platform for enterprises with hybrid workforces.
In a press release, the company said that the solution is designed to help enterprises defend themselves against fast, large-scale, and highly sophisticated cyber threats.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) will quickly detect unusual or suspicious activity, such as someone trying to hack into accounts, steal data, or use unknown apps. Instead of waiting for humans to notice a problem, AI will automatically identify threats, send alerts, and even block risky actions in real time.
Powered by Airtel’s pan-India network, 24×7 expert vigilance, and a proven history of national-scale security, Airtel Secure Workforce will offer enterprises the protection they need at optimised costs while removing the operational burden, managing security safeguards themselves. Built to support compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, it will secure endpoints across users, devices, networks, applications, and data.
“Enterprises today are under mounting pressure to protect end users and devices from constantly evolving, targeted, AI-powered attacks. Building on our leadership in secure connectivity and cybersecurity, we have designed the Airtel Secure Workforce to protect users, data, and devices anytime, anywhere,” said Sharat Sinha, CEO of Airtel Business.
The company further added that, by replacing fragmented multi-vendor deployments with a unified platform and integrated 24×7 security, Airtel Secure Workforce will strengthen endpoint detection and response while securing remote access at every touchpoint, delivering stronger protection and better cost efficiency.
“The solution offers end-to-end protection that combines connectivity and managed security backed by 24×7 expert vigilance. Its unified approach will help us deliver maximum value to our enterprise customers, enabling them to unlock up to 30 per cent optimisation in their security spending and stay focused on business growth, confident that they are protected,” added Sinha.

Solving security challenges
Designed for a hybrid workforce and built on a resilient ZTA framework, the solution addresses today’s security challenges, including tool overload, alert fatigue, and talent shortages.
Airtel Secure Workforce provides a single dashboard that gives companies full visibility over users, devices, networks, and data. It will also detect unauthorised cloud and AI applications being used within an organisation.
It will also continuously scan users and devices to make sure only authorised people can access company data.
Alongside the platform, Airtel Business has also launched a Secure Workforce Centre of Excellence (CoE). Hosted on Airtel Cloud, the facility allows enterprises to experience and test the platform before full-scale deployment.
