In a regulatory filing on Friday, the company informed that its arm, Birla Estates, will develop a new housing project at Hinjewadi, Pune through a Joint Development Agreement (JDA).
“The project carries a total revenue potential of approximately Rs 1,650 crore,” it added.
The 5.62-acre project will have a total saleable area of about 1.25 million sq ft.
