Dear Sana,
As per my knowledge it is applicable for AICTE Sponsored colleges (Pvt. & Govt.) NMIMS is Deemed to be University it may have its own rules and regulations. Please contact your college.
Is this applicable for all private MBA colleges as well??
This is a very positive ,rational and justified step taken by AICTE in the face of uncertainties being faced by the students. The private engineering colleges have collected the fees for the full year leaving the students will little options and are overwhelming with anxiety .Only if this circular would have been sent earlier ,it would have been better for the aspiring students ,albeit the students would still benefit from it.Thank you Mr.Rajeev Kumar for being sensitive to the current situation .
