While it’s good that India’s envoy to the US Vinay Mohan Kwatra has addressed the global apprehensions over FCRA, it would’ve been better for these to be debated in parliamentary committees and public. There’s still time to refer it to a parliamentary committee for scrutiny. Modi government should do so.
