Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal holding a meeting with top Punjab bureaucrats and leaving CM Mann out was presumptuous. The AAP chief is well within his rights to guide his party CM. But calling bureaucrats to Delhi amounts to interference. Kejriwal must help build Brand Mann in Punjab, not undermine him.
