Supreme Court is wise to protect Nupur Sharma from arrest. Exactly the same immunity must be given to Mohammed Zubair as well, and many others faced with Section 295A FIRs for ‘hurting sentiments’. This sham of a law has only been misused for nearly a century, and should now go.
