The Supreme Court’s decision to uphold the insolvency and bankruptcy code ‘in its entirety’ will provide much-needed teeth to this critical reform. The ruling will reduce avenues available to defaulting promoters to make a back-door entry or stall insolvency proceedings of their firms. Ailing banks should thank the top court.

Govt doesn’t seem to be learning any lessons from CBI crises
