Doval–Wang Yi talks mark a tentative thaw, with both sides moving to ease border tensions and revive normalcy. But the onus is on Beijing: it was China’s movement that ruptured trust. Constitution Amendment Bill is dangerous for democracy

Constitution Amendment Bill, providing for removal of PM/CM/Minister if they’re arrested or detained beyond a month, is mala fide.
