WASHINGTON, April 23 (Reuters) – The U.S. Department of Justice arrested a soldier who made $400,000 by betting on the removal of Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro, ABC News reported on Thursday, citing sources familiar. 

The Justice Department did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
