KYIV (Reuters) – Ukraine Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba tendered his resignation on Wednesday, Parliament Speaker Ruslan Stefanchuk said.
Stefanchuk said the resignation request would be discussed by lawmakers soon after Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said changes to the government were being undertaken to strengthen it and achieve results needed by Ukraine.
