KYIV (Reuters) -At least two people were killed and 52 wounded in a Russian air strike on the Ukrainian capital Kyiv, local officials said early on Thursday.
In a statement on Telegram, city military administrator Tymur Tkachenko said the death toll was likely to rise, adding that the strike had caused damage in more than two-dozen locations.
