April 1(Reuters) – A Russian An-26 military transport plane crashed in Crimea, killing 29 people aboard, Russian news agencies quoted the Defence Ministry as saying early on Wednesday.

The report said a rescue team had found the wreckage of the plane and 23 passengers and six crew had been killed. It said it appeared technical issues had caused the crash.
