SEOUL (Reuters) -North Korea’s Kim Yo Jong, the powerful sister of leader Kim Jong Un, criticized South Korea and its President Lee Jae Myung for having a “dual personality” by talking about wanting to pursue peace while continuing joint military drills with the U.S., state media KCNA said on Wednesday.

“Lee Jae Myung is not that man to change this flow of history” of confrontational ambition, Kim said, adding “they must be aware that the inter-Korean relationship they want will never return,” according to KCNA.
