SAO PAULO, April 15 (Reuters) – Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva and Senator Flavio Bolsonaro are statistically tied in a potential runoff in October’s general election, with the challenger leading Lula for the first time within the survey’s margin of error, a Quaest poll commissioned by brokerage Genial showed on Wednesday.
