NAIROBI (Reuters) -A light aircraft crashed in Nairobi’s densely populated Githurai neighbourhood on Thursday, Kenya’s Star newspaper reported. It gave no details of any casualties.

It said the type of aircraft and the cause of the crash in a northeastern suburb had not yet been established.

A police spokesperson could not immediately provide details while an army spokesperson did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
