AMSTERDAM (Reuters) – The International Criminal Court’s governing body on Thursday said it has been notified of alleged misconduct by its prosecutor Karim Khan.

“I am aware of recent public reports regarding alleged misconduct by the ICC Prosecutor towards a member of his Office,” the president of the Assembly of State Parties said in a statement.

“I can confirm that the Independent Oversight Mechanism  was seized of this matter on the basis of a third-party report.”
