EU court orders Hungary to pay 200 million euros fine over immigration policies

(Reuters) – Hungary will have to pay a 200 million euro ($216 million) fine for not implementing the necessary measures in its migration policy requested by a 2020 ruling, as well as paying a 1 million euros fine every day until it fully implements them, the EU’s top court said on Thursday.
