VILNIUS (Reuters) – Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas has submitted her resignation to Estonian president on Monday, public broadcaster ERR reported.

Kallas was picked by European leaders to become EU’s next foreign policy boss. She will remain as Estonia’s caretaker prime minister until the next government is confirmed by early August, ERR said.
