BEIJING (Reuters) – China’s natural resource ministry on Friday released its first survey report of the South China Sea’s disputed Sabina Shoal in which it accuses the Philippine’s coast guard of littering and disputes the Philippine’s claims of damage to its coral reefs.

The report stated that “the Philippines’ fabricated remarks have no scientific or factual basis” and maintained that “China has indisputable sovereignty” over the disputed waterway.
