New Delhi: Twitter was dominated by the ‘newest developments’ in the Sushant Singh Rajput death case Thursday, with everyone having something to say about it. But the ‘Virushka baby announcement’ soon eclipsed other matters.
Rajput’s former girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty demanded action against media persons harassing not only her, but also people around her. But she later deleted the tweet.
Swara Bhasker spoke up for Chakraborty and the “witch-hunt” she is being subjected to.
I don’t think even #Kasab was subjected to the kind of witch-hunt on media.. & media trial that #RheaChakrobarty is being subjected to! Shame on Indian Media.. Shame on us for being a toxic voyueristic public consuming this poisonous hysteria.. #RheaDrugChat #SushantSinghRajput

Actor Kangana Ranaut shared some ‘inside information’ about Bollywood.
Most popular drug in the film industry is cocaine, it is used in almost all house parties it’s very expensive but in the beginning when you go to the houses of high and mighty it’s given free, MDMA crystals are mixed in water and at times passed on to you without your knowledge.

Mr India director Shekhar Kapur had some important advice for budding artistes.
Lessons of Life : ‘I’ve been struggling for 5 years and have had no break yet!’ I empathise. I understand. A usual story in Mumbai.
I should know. It took me 12 years of struggle before I made Masoom. What I survived on? Hope. And belief in myself. They are your best friends.

BJP national secretary Sunil Deodhar told us the difference between ‘urban naxals’ and ‘Maoist foot soldiers’.
Urban naxals are more dangerous than the Maoist foot soldiers on the ground because unlike them,
They are very difficult to be identified and called out because of their professional skills and so called intellectual acumen.#IndiaAgainstNaxals https://t.co/cWCR5bIz8C

Film director Vivek Agnihotri also showed us how to use the phrase ‘urban naxals’ in every possible way, on every possible issue.
Drug mafia of Bollywood is not just a drug mafia. It’s a group of cunning and exploitative oppressors who are soldiers of a culture war against Bharat.
They have direct links with #UrbanNaxals network and are found supporting them in all anti-India causes including CAA/ Kashmir.

This tweet should remind you that the dystopian show Black Mirror is actually grounded in frightening reality.
You talk about curtains on phone. Next minute Facebook shows advertisement of curtains.
You talk about traveling on phone. Insta provides good deal on hotels.
Sometime it looks scary. It seems we all are under digital surveillance. How many of you faced same.

Author Aatish Taseer reacted to his mother, Tavleen Singh, being dragged into a debate.
Don’t bring me mum into it, you semiliterate snake oil salesman…☺️ https://t.co/QNlQWegyOx

All of us laughed, but German Chancellor Angela Merkel perhaps laughed the loudest.
The idea that Donald Trump “charmed the Chancelor of Germany” is one or the single most insane things I’ve ever heard.

US Presidential candidate Joe Biden spoke about violence against Jacob Blake — another black man shot down in full public view.
Once again, a Black man — Jacob Blake — was shot by the police. In front of his children. It makes me sick.
Is this the country we want to be?
Needless violence won’t heal us. We need to end the violence — and peacefully come together to demand justice. pic.twitter.com/WdNqrxA3PK

Remember the baby-faced Kevin McCallister from Home Alone? Actor Macaulay Culkin is making us feel ancient.

You're welcome.
