Your pucca house Theory is totally absurd.most of the houses in malnad and coastal Karnataka which are also the most prosperous are built with tiled roofs..you can just gaze through Google map to make sure..
First tamilians should come out of their complexities both inferiority and superiorit. Just because states like Karnataka, Telangana and Maharastra marginally performing at the moment better than tamil nadu in modern High-tech service sector and achieving marginally better than tamil nad’s GDP per capita this so vlled research paper is trying to show particularly Karnataka in a poorer light. How do you account high standard of living in developed countries with thier GDP’S accouning to 2% agricultural sector, 6-8% in manufacturing and 90% in service sector including the high -tech service.
I am sorry, but this is flawed logic. Both the type of housing and refrigerator ownership is significantly influenced by Climate. Most of Karnataka, except the northeast part, lies high on the Deccan Plateau. Therefore, the climate is much more moderate than Gujrat, Maha and TN. Therefore, the need for refrigerators and pucca housing is lower. Therefore, people will tend to use their disposable income for other things in Karnataka. Before you take shortcuts in your analysis, use your brain !
Don’t judge bon refrigerator or AC in Tamil Nadu most of people willfully not to buy something like AC refrigerator pepsi coke like Also Tamilnadu is not hot as North so basically not interested in refrigerator. Correct. And Mumbai’s prosperity is due to it’s cosmopolitan ethos that attracts the best talent and hard working folk in the country.
What about pune , nashik region , nagpur huh kindly study more
Really
What about
Nashik, pune , nagpur aurangabad etc and many.
You guys live in nutshell .
First of all to tell you population of mh is much higher than the other states so definitely it would be difficult to achieve above parameter.
Also the statement that mh is nothing without mumbai is itself a flaw because few guys ate comparing Mumbai’s gdp(ppp) to maharashtra ppp. In my long mumbai you can find
Navi mumbai , thane -planned city
Pune-oxford of india
Pimprichinchwad
Nashik(rising industrial city, wine capital)
Nagpur(orange capital)
Aurangabad
Etc
Definitely we have undeveloped regions in vidharbha but yeah such problem is in every state including karnataka.
So stop making such foolish arguments That mh is nothing without mumbai.
First of all maharashtra ha higher population hence it is not possible to provide proper services to everyone at a time
And th argument that mh isbnothingbwithout mumbai is itself a flawed
Just for eg
Navi mumbai thane pimpri chinchwad-planned cities
Nashik-wine capital,rising industrial estate.
Nagpur-orange capital , fifth most developing city
Pune-oxford of east
Aurangabad
Hence definitely my has even more assets. We are aware of the fact that regions like vidharbha are poor compared to other regions but making such foolish statement won’t work.
Even few idiots compare mumbai metro politican regions gdp(ppp) with maharashtra gdp(nominal)w??.
First of all population of mh is 11.2 crore which is definitely higher than remaining states hence it in turn becomes difficult to offer services to every person
Also in maharashtra mumbai(island) contributes about 20% of gdp
Along mumbai mh has
Navi Mumbai , thane, pimpri-planned cities
Pune-oxford of india
Nashik-rising industrial estate as well it hosts hal aircraft division , wine capital
Nagpur-orange city, rbi capital
Aurangabad, kolhapur
Though mh has it’s own problems like economic disparities between west mh and vidharbha region as well as drought prone parts of marathwada region I won’t deny it.
But yes! Maharashtra has nothing without mumbai is definitely a flawed statement.
So get some info before
Infact economic disparity is much higher in karnataka state .
Tamilnadu is model when it comes to equal development

Despite the benefit of Mumbai, Maharashtra is lagging behind. Take Mumbai out and see Maharashtra comparable Assam/West Bengal.
