India has had peace not only because of luck and vigilance at its end but also because somebody has chosen to put their foot on the valve at the other end.
Terrorist action peaked as did a very brutal state response to it. Until it reached a point where militants were convinced that the state had the strength to fight & would ultimately prevail.
The common thing between terror attack at Ayodhya and serial blasts in London is that the terrorists knew their politics and timed their attacks accordingly.
Nobody is safe in a market where competition is stunted and choice limited. For the industry, meaningful reform will have to start with the government itself.
