The Centre has said that the transfer of Patna FIR to the CBI in the Sushant Singh Rajput case makes it 'a necessary and proper party' to Rhea's plea pending in the apex court.

It’s great that you pointed out about the issue of mental health, but I guess it’s important to remind you that after the death by suicide of Sushant Singh Rajput , the entire country , I REPEAT, entire spoke up about mental health. However, what did not gel well with everyone was the fact that SSR had ambitions , had a tomorrow to look forward to , had an extremely kind heart and yet he took that step. People close to him , I repeat , CLOSE to him weren’t able to digest this cocked up story too. Thus, after one month , the moment his father filed an FIR, a hell lot of questions were answered for the public. Given everything that’s coming out it’s impossible to believe that Rhea is not at fault. Might not be as wrong as the public deems her but definitely played her part in it.

You have mentioned only the news headlines for Rhea but why have you not mentioned the headlines which were displayed by the media channels after the death of Sushant Singh Rajput. Are you not aware of how senseless and insensitive remarks have been made by the media for Sushant. If you want to criticize media then at least do it in unbiased manner, but here the purpose of the article is same as it always has been, to make people believe your opinions and keep them oblivious of facts and evidences. The other point that it focuses is that Indian public is turning out to be the investigative agency without any knowledge, then know this that the same public that you’re accusing consists of engineers, doctors, lawyers, and they are not sitting idle to do nothing apart from whatsapp and twitter.

The news media has given more coverage to Sushant Singh Rajput in his death than he ever recieved when he was alive and kicking. This is in equal parts sad and tragic, cos he did appear to me as a very private person and now when he is no more, all of his private life – his bank statements , his equation with the family , his health status, his relationship ,even his personal diary ,-everything that you can possibly think of is all over the TV and it is really sickening that the news channels seem to have forgotten all ethics and standards only to gain views and TRPs. Everybody is claiming that they knew the person, everybody is coming out and giving their own theories about his condition. And the sad part is even his own family for reasons that are only best known to them have not batted an eyelid in all this circus that is playing out before us, infact for all I know they are facilitating it to gain two minutes of fame which they could not when he was alive. No wonder why being the intelligent and aware kind he was not in touch in them.

It’s great that you pointed out about the issue of mental health, but I guess it’s important to remind you that after the death by suicide of Sushant Singh Rajput , the entire country , I REPEAT, entire spoke up about mental health. However, what did not gel well with everyone was the fact that SSR had ambitions , had a tomorrow to look forward to , had an extremely kind heart and yet he took that step. People close to him , I repeat , CLOSE to him weren’t able to digest this cocked up story too. Thus, after one month , the moment his father filed an FIR, a hell lot of questions were answered for the public. Given everything that’s coming out it’s impossible to believe that Rhea is not at fault. Might not be as wrong as the public deems her but definitely played her part in it.
You need to mention the other side of the story as well , if these people are at fault and have used mental health to stage a suicide , they are by far the worst kind of human beings. Mental health is a real issue and needs to be addressed in India, agreed. But people mocking it , if it’s true , need to be unmasked infront of the entire nation as a lesson to everyone. India is not standing against but is standing together for justice. Justice from the corrupted, powerful people who have lost every ounce of humanity. Do you think shaming us is the right way of reporting ?

No one needs to pronounce anyone guilty or innocent unless conviction takes place. But prior to that proper and professional investigation is essential. Many persons have raised valid doubts regarding the quality of investigation carried out by the Mumbai police who are yet arrive at any definitive conclusion even after considerable lapse of time. Hence the demand for a CBI investigation, which is subject to approval by the apex court. The hype about the case is irritating but cannot be avoided in an open society. One thing that is not understood is that Rhea herself had demanded CBI investigation and now her lawyer is opposing it in the Apex Court. Let CBI carry out professional investigation and let the truth come out. Maharashtra government is doggedly opposing transfer of the case to CBI. Why.? The Mumbai police have better things to do than to stick to a singlencase and waste all its energies amidst media glare and avoidable controversies. Let CBI investigation commence and all the hot debate shall cease to exist.

More than 100 questions are there which raise serious doubt on their conduct and suggest involvement of some big names im SSR murder. Its no way suicide after several things which have come out in recent days including overdosing of psychotropic drugs and treatment without knowledge of family members, forceful confinement in resort for months and attempy to disconnect family thoroughly.
