Fish breed more fast like worms. Unless hilsa is categorized as endangered or on the verge of extinction the whole point is moot.
2.5 lac for food smuggling…just think for few minutes before opening mouth and you will come to know how foolish this ban is.
Secondly it is enabling criminal activity.
