I think it’s a bit early to be skeptical, Mr Chari. Maybe there is a change of thinking on the Pakistan side, even if there is no change of heart. Because Pakistan knows that its moves will be watched with suspicion as always, so maybe they understand that it’s time to give up hanky panky.
