If Kenya does not waive this boy’s diplomatic immunity, then his parent should be declared a persona non grata and expelled from India. Then, if possible, charges should be brought against him and his parent in Kenyan courts by the Government of India. At the very least, the boy should be charged under appropriate sections, so that even if he escapes punishment for now, these heinous actions will remain on his police record.
