These changes are necessary and Central Govt. should bring parity in nomenclature of posts commensurate with RESIDUAL JOBS entrusted to the person charged with responsibility of maintenance of some civic facilities in NTC of Delhi. This will also give more free time to current incumbent to indulge in drama – politics in which HE specializes.
