long time back when I was at school, I was reprimanded by my teacher for busting into laughter. I was told to leave class and come back after I am done laughing. BTW my teacher was a woman and I am a man. Now, can I claim that it was “opposite” of misogynist?

There cannot be a free-pass to Renuka Chowdhury in the name of feminism, misogyny etc. Her intentions were clearly to aggravate and thereby disrupt the Prime Minister’s speech. It turned around head-first when Prime Minister used wit to describe the laughter. If the “unbiased” opinions by Deeksha are to be applied her then every teacher who silences a children class would be guilty of misogyny. Common people opinions across party lines did not find anything wrong with it and this sense of portraying this as attack on feminism is modern day yellow journalism.
