The dynamics between Europe and Russia have gone so south that mending fences looks like an uphill task—even as the US swings between sanctions and olive branches.
Centre for Science and Environment in new report makes case for rationalising GST on waste material, saying most informal operators can’t afford high tax & it also hinders recycling.
President of India has honoured 16 BSF personnel with gallantry medals for show of exemplary courage in the 87-hour ‘war’ between India and Pakistan that followed the launch of Op Sindoor.
Standing up to America is usually not a personal risk for a leader in India. Any suggestions of foreign pressure unites India behind who they see as leading them in that fight.
The author probably didn’t get Ms. Nasreen’s sarcasm. Let me continue in a lighter vein – those with diseases that can reduce lifespan should have more children. These individuals would contribute tax through their productive years, without the society being burdened with pensions and age related illness 🙂
I completely agree with Ms.Tasleema Nasrin’s view. If I discover that I have some genetic problem then I will never reproduce. Why should I spoil the life of my future child knowing that he/she will be born with my defect? The author of this article seems to have an issue with Ms.Nasreen because of her views against Islam. She has used the issue of this tweet as an excuse to launch an ad hominem attack on Ms.Nasreen. I am surprised that The Print allowed this lousy article to be printed.
Let me put it in other way. Will the author marry a person who is less qualified, timid, poorly built, unintelligent, poor etc keeping your offspring in mind? It all boils down to eugenics.
this article writer is know taslima baiter who can’t even differentiate between a sarcasm and reality . all she need something to pounce upon she found sarcasm a better way to convert it into rubbish article . when in reality taslima was trying to be sarcastic

I agree with her, but I think her tweet was sarcasm. I know of people who choose not to have kids if they have hereditary diseases. I would do too.
You know it was a sarcastic tweet, right?
Taslima is a bit weird, but she is not stupid.
Joke is on you for spending a whole day writing this article…
