More recently, it has been the ruling coalition since 2014, with Narendra Modi as the Prime Minister.
It was formed in 1998 with 20 parties. Notable parties in this alliance today are the NCP led by Ajit Pawar, the Eknath Shinde-led Shiv Sena, the Janata Dal (United) led by Nitish Kumar, the Janata Dal (Secular) led by H.D. Dewe Gowda, the Lok Janshakti Party led by Chirag Paswan, the Indigenous Pope’s Front of Tripura, the Telugu Desam Party led by N.Chandrababu Naidu, and the Tamil Manila Congress led by G.K. Vasan.
Very good reporting! Mohan Bhagwatji used very strong language to castigate Modi’s poll pitch, his governance and his arrogance i.e. his public character. As per him Modi doesn’t deserve to serve because his arrogance has crossed limits. Modi has lost self-respect. And Mohan Bhagwat ji angry at Modi and gang to bring a bad name to RSS. And it is true. Modi has diverted far away from RSS ideology. Kejriwalji is right. The internal divisions in BJP/RSS have become too big to handle. Except a few persons like Amit Shah, Nadda, etc. many in BJP and most people in RSS are unhappy in the way Modi personalized BJP as Indira Gandhi did with Congress. At least Indira was not arrogant. But Modi is very arrogant, he behaves like a king, he never tolerated anybody who opposed him, he could punish anybody he wanted, he misused all investigation agencies under him against his opponents resulting in many deaths, he equated himself with God-men as if he is above everybody else.
