Harun Ali Mustakin Ali Sayyed (43) is accused of murdering a passenger following a dispute over the fare. In a fit of rage, Sayyed allegedly stabbed the victim.
Those arrested identified as Manoj Chaudhary, Priyansh Yadav and Shivan Baghel. Chaudhary had been caught earlier. Police say Yadav and Baghel were caught following an encounter.
