Russia said a special interdepartmental commission had been formed to probe the loss of Luna-25 craft. Russia’s first moon mission in 47 years, failed on 19 August.
It was earlier reported Luna-25 had detected an 'emergency' during a manoeuvre ahead of its landing on Moon, which was scheduled for 21 Aug, 2 days before India's Chandrayaan-3.
