Any such attempt in non BJP ruled state it face hostile reaction from BJP and other Sangh outfits. When we Hindus don’t for think in common interest, of what use would be UCC. Laws cannot be imposed as tribute to a particular leader or party. I do have immense respect for Arunji as I was a admirer of him during college days and have joined in agitation led by him. It does not mean we should blindly support something which we don’t follow in our daily life.
UNIFORM CIVIL CODE WILL PROVE REGRESSIVE, IF IT IS DONE WITH THE INTENTION OF TARGETING A SPECIFIC COMMUNITY.
