The 4 dissenting judges have shown remarkable lack of maturity and dignity considering the high positions they hold in the judiciary.Calling the media and placing their dissent with CJI before them almost smacks of cheap gimmicks.In case their dissent was for very valid reasons they could have put in the papers or represented to the President . Even though the judges asked the political parties to keep off this in their presser the action appears for the common onlooker to be influenced by political considerations and will be exploited by political animals of all hue.
THE PEOPLE OF THIS COUNTRY MAINLY LAWYERS LIKE ME HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THE PAST SEVERAL DECADES TO SEE SUCH A BOLD,DARING,TRUTHFUL,STRAIGHTFORWARD JUDGELIKE SRI JASTI CHELAMESHWER,WHO REFERRED THE MATTER TO HEART-SOUL AND MADE A STATEMENT IN REGARD TO THE IRREGULARITY IN ALLOTMENT OF CASES BY THE CHIEF JUSTICE OF SUPREME COURT OF INDIA. THE LAW OF EQUITY AND GOOD CONSCIENCE DEMANDS ALLOTMENT OF CASES TO SENIOR MOST JUDGES LIKE JASTICE CHELAMESHWER AND THE OTHER THREE JUDGES.THERE IS NOTHING WRONG IF THE CHIEF JUSTICE OF INDIA RECTIFIES THE MISTAKE COMMITTED FOR ONE REASON OR OTHER,TO SAVE THE REASONABLE AND JUSTIFIABLE ORDER PREVAILING IN THE COURTS OF LAW IN INDIA.
I thankful to him .I am salute his greatness.i need his contact number or email id to raise one of legal concern that I am facing difficulty from last two years.
All those commenting here – Have you read any of his judgements ? He decided on an election petition where he quoted verbatim from the High Court Judgement but drew an opposite conclusion. When it was pointed out to him…he changed the quote to suit the conclusion. He owes his rise to NTR connections otherwise lacks the qualities to be in the SC of India.
Transparency and fairness in judiciary is very important. Corruption in justice dispensation system is in public domain now. Every citizen is in the know of it. Sanitization of the whole Judicial system including appointments is the need of the times.
These judges have blown the lid off the rot inside.
India is pride to have one of the utmost personality like Jasti Chalameswara Rao who respected or treated law as his divine. Put in his sincere efforts to reach his top level.
J. Chalameswara Rao is an inspiration to all the respected members in Law practice who is been seen as perhaps the most consequential judge in India’s top court(s). I salute him.

Throughout his stint as a Hon. Justice of SC ..he is viewed by common man like us as “The Most Transparent Judge of the Nation with Impecable Integrity & Judicial Activism ; Feared By All His Colleagues due to his Unexpected Stances all the time”
A straight forward and an upright Judge with legal acumen and dares enough to point out persons when they are wrong nevertheless who they be to the society at large. I personally admire him for his legal acumen that he has. I do agree that CJI is the first Judge in roster but CJI could have approached the view of Justice Chalemeswar in respectable way in the verdict given by him. There should not be ego among Judges in any forum. This is my personal view and may be excused if I am wrong.
he is one of the most honest judges to have adorned the supreme court. Far away from the ‘you scratch my back, I scratch your back mentality’. His dissents are more sound, just and equitable. One of the rarest judges who practices what he preaches.
Hats off to Justice Chelameswar. India is proud of him. God bless him with good health and long life. Let there be more judges like him.
