One can question why the POlice hurried to file and FIR and name Tahir in it so soon.. There are some aspects of his story that need to be looked into further before concluding. If the SC could give all of six weeks for the Govt to argue against FIRs against its leaders, why the hurry from Delhi Police in this case ?
If you could tell why you r thinking like that for a person who have been involved in violence;it is evident from the video that he is involved in the violence; If you still think like that, it means he has the same identity what you have that is why your logic only working for him.

I think what they have done is due course so i dont see a reason to question their intent unless they havw planted the evidence to prove his guilt l.
