It is found at most of the time that complainant motto was just to fulfill their own goals. During enquiry vigilance people behave in a manner as they have become god which really and deeply demoralize honest people. Authority should consider all such aspects before making any decision.
Two points
1) Please carry out the inquiry expeditiously only if the complainant identifies himself.
2) If the complaint is found to be genuine take whatever action is necessary. However if the complaint is found to be frivolous punish the complainant in an exemplary manner
Since he is sure of himself and his honesty, he is able to express his view. How many have the guts to talk. I support him fully. Railway minister should actually talk to him and see his worth is recognized

Two commercials interest of foreign companies. Ignore both and go ahead with new trains. Don’t give a damn for CVC and CAG. They can’t do anything.
Siemens & Bombardier and a clutch of Multinationals will try every trick in their Hat to thwart Indignation efforts by Indian Company because a huge market is at stake. Present Govt is likely to fall in the trap – as it happened in a number of cases. HAL can produce Sukhoi – a 3 and half generation fighter / bomber but is denied opportunity to do so in many other platforms. What happened to Make in India initiative of NDA I and 1st Year of NDA 2. We are likely to be politically independent but financially and economically slave in coming years. The attitude of Govt in Case of Maruti is evident as Suzuki is allowed to gradually edge out Maruti.
The same fate as what Mr Nambi Narayanan of ISRO espionage case. In 1994 charged but was cleared by SC in 1998. His life not only was destroyed but India lost out in the early delivery of the cryogenic fuel-based engines.
Here again the whole dedicated team’s spirit to innovate for the nations need is destroyed by some hidden hands. Mr PM should look into this issue immediately for the sake of the nation.
Very sad to read the news. This is the mentality which has ruined the growth of India all these years. Right from the Mughal rule this has been there in India. Why we are lagging behind in defense manufacturing, when our men manufacture it in some other country. Stong rules should be there to overcome such drawbacks. Punishment should be given to those people who bring down major projects down by raising petty issues, if proved guilty.
Same here, I am a ex public sector employee for ten years then a successful entrepreneur for next 25 years, we can beat the world if the top guys show a little trust in a working man. Being a chief engineer to deliver a train then shunted to Bihar Admn job, it is painfully familiar.
Any other country such engineers are rewarded & honored but in India .. I know why Kaveri engine suffered , same fear of vigilance ..
Having worked in Public Sector undertaking I understand the agony of sincere executives who are committed to innovation, efficiency.
I urge the Government to quickly overcome the deadlock and cut the red tape without destroying creative talents. Understand the subterfuge and bring the culprits who are trying to sabotage to books. JUST ACT.
