Oppn MPs have moved an impeachment motion against the Madras HC judge, saying his conduct 'raises serious questions regarding impartiality, transparency & secular functioning of judiciary'.
MPs, led by DMK's Kanimozhi, allege Justice Swaminathan delivered judgments driven by 'particular political ideology', in a manner inconsistent with secular principles of Constitution.
Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar came under sharp attack at joint press conference of opposition parties including AAP, which has exited INDIA bloc.

This judge, like the RSS and BJP, is a malicious imposter who understands little about, let alone follows any of true Hinduism. They all merely mouth mugged-up slokas, to impress.
They are no different from Islamists and Christian fundamentalists, who similarly wear their identity on their sleeves to aggresively differentiate themselves and dishonestly advance their self-interests, while having no regard for the purpose and principles of religion.
