I am not sounding pessimistic ,but it is only a note of caution,Gaining knowledge is good ,but it should
radiate like the rays of sun and illumine the whole world.
Simply stated .the proof of the pudding is in the eating.
May god grant him his wish and be his partner in all his endeavors.

I know he is very intelligent n excellently doing well in service despite so much constraints n limitation. I wish that he should be given more challenging jobs in Govt with much freedom n I am sure manymiracles would start happening.
