It doesn’t need much brain to figure out that Covid cases and deaths are low because of the embarrassingly huge population and extremely low testing rates. No one is blaming your Govt alone for poor healthcare infrastructure. You state at an international forum that India didn’t have a single manufacturer of personal protective equipment (PPE) and now the country has developed indigenous capacity in the past few months.
